Ability to see default spark config from UI

Hi team,

As a business user, I need to know what are the default configurations ZDP/Arena is setting when a spark job is submitted. E.g: If we set --num-executors 2 --num-cores 1 in zdp-spark.yml, it should be reflected somewhere in the UI when a DB provision worklfow is submitted.

This will help us in tunning the the spark job from Arena/ZDP UI without checking the backend config files.
